Not reliable.

Doesnt really report any info thats not already out there, unless you want to rely upon the scarce, unreliable, reports by amateurs that happen to be using this app and submit a report that dont really know what they are/are not seeing. A knowledgable storm spotter wouldnt be using this app to report storms.
